The popular Samsung Series 9 already have relay. And not one, but two variants of a new Ultrabook that have many points of interest. It is the Samsung ATIV Book 9 Plus and Samsung ATIV Book 9 Lite. Models adopt the 13.3 inch screen diagonal, and while the Plus model becomes the true flagship happening Samsung Series 9, Lite, less capable performance variant, however has good points in his favor. One of the curiosities of these Ultrabooks is the inclusion of a new feature called HomeSync Lite, which allows to use the hard disk of these devices as a mini server to mount a private cloud. With this service we can safeguard personal files, photos and videos from our portable devices to our PCs, and then access them from the phone remotely.
The idea reinforces the strategy of Samsung go providing software services trying to add value on their hardware solutions. Samsung ATIV Book 9 Plus this model comes with latest batch in all components, and in addition to offer Intel Core i5 and core i7 family Haswell integrates the impressive display with a resolution of 3,200 x 1,800 pixels that will be one of the hallmarks of the new portable Samsung hybrid models. New Intel processors are accompanied by the GPUs Intel HD Graphics 4400, in addition to up to 8 GB of RAM and an SSD drive that can reach the 256 GB. This probably also contributes to the battery, which, according to Samsung officials, has an autonomy of 12 hours that given the efficiency of the micros Haswell very well could achieve. Thus, we have an APU quad – core (probably from AMD, yet is not specified) at 1.4 GHz and a screen with a much more conventional 1.366 x 768 resolution pixels, as well as a battery with 8.5 hours. In the case of the Samsung ATIV Book 9 Lite can choose both the touch screen (which increases the weight 1.58 kg) as for the model with non-touch screen (1.44 kg). Availability and prices Samsung has indicated that both models will be available during the third quarter of the year, but it has not made more specific dates or not provided at the moment the price of these new Ultrabooks.
